A Freelancer is needed to write a pair of file transfer utilities which use the serial port. A connection is between two computers using a cross over cable. Communication is done between a legacy MS-DOS system and a Windows 7 system. The programs will be written as console applications. There is no specific requirement for the languages used. Please see attachment for details.
