I develop high load web sites and REST API's using ASP.NET, Node.js and various relational and NoSQL databases. As I understand you are in need of converting given actions in attached document into RESTified actions in ASP.NET Web API. Document also states an authentication mechanism to be implemented. Because there is a role called Admin. We just need to clarify this issue. Should it be Basic HTTP Auth or OAuth? Or will you leave the choice to me? After clarifying the above I think I will complete the project in at most 7 days. I will share source code through bitbucket.
