Hello, I can create the indicator for you. I am the programmer for MetaTrader4 from 2004 year. But it will without SMS. The pure MQL4 does not allow send SMS, for this needs to use some DLL. Therefore the indicator will generate popup-window "Alerts", send email and notification, but not send SMS.. Please, describe more details about event for alert.
