Manufacture a Product for me

I am creating a political/economic simulator in the form of turn based a single player game. The design, calculations and layout is already planned out. I need someone to write the code to make this into a real application. There are no fancy effects or graphics, it is basically a series of menus. The player makes changes to a number of elements through the use of sliders and the results are presented and manipulated through various algorithms. A graphics designer will provide the user interface. I just need a good programmer to put it all together. You must have some experience and a portfolio of similar work done in order for me to consider your services.
