SQL Server 2008 T-SQL fetch query

I have a table (call it Table1) which has a Notes field (varchar(max)) and a datetime field (TimeEntered). I want a fetch query which will cycle through the rows of Table1 one at a time and pull some data out of the Notes field and put it in the TimeEntered field. Example of data in the Notes field Incident 123456789 6/26/2012 9:26:50 AM - Time Started Adam Smith has started working on this request Another example of data in the Notes field (different record) 11/15/2012 12:43:24 PM - Time Started Dale Jones has started working on this request All the dates are 2012. All the dates are followed by " - Time Started". But not all dates are the same length in character. For instance, 6/26/2012 9:26:50 AM is 18 characters while 11/15/2012 12:43:24 PM is 21 characters. All dates start on a separate line but not all dates start on the first line of the Notes field, see the first example.
