Customer Support - Phone & Email
$8-15 CAD / hour
One Janitorial is a Janitorial Company that has been consistently for over 10 years now dominating in its industry and continues to grow across North America. We have a strong culture and as we continue to expand we are seeking a motivated Full-Time Administrator to help our Service Team that matches our companies values and the great community.

Responsibilities and Duties:
General Administration Work
Answer Phone & Transfer Calls
Input Lead Calls & Schedule Appointments
Calling Clients and Submitting Tickets
Collect and Negotiate Financing Agreements
Part of "On Call" After Hours Rotation
Requirements:
Must have strong written and verbal skills
Must be very fluent and clear speaking in English
Have a minimum 2 years in Administration
Able to Work After Hours On-Call (Approx. 4-6 Days /Month)
Follow instructions & complete tasks with minimum supervision
Have a High level of attention to detail & excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with both Microsoft Office/Google Products is considered an asset
Must have a high level of energy and not let frustrations get the best of them
Must be adaptable, dependable, and willing to implement new solutions and processes in alignment with our core values and goals.
What would help you succeed:
Having 2-4 years in the related job role
1-2 years experience with vetting and hiring high-level positions
Background in Collections or AR roles
Have experience dealing with people from all over the world
High tolerance and great patience
Intelligent and quick thinker with problem-solving
High level of reading and writing skills
Our hours are 8 AM - 430PM Monday to Friday, With some after-hours emergency calls.
