Create 30 second video, embed into a current website

We are looking for someone to create and embed an animated video that we will be using on our website. The general idea is to have some images come together in a mosaic format and coming together as an image, (see the 3rd link below). We have a very rough draft in the form of a powerpoint file, that you can look over (will send to interested bidders) to see if you would be interested in creating this project. We will have more details if you think you would like to be involved. This project needs to be completed asap (no later than one week is preferred) There are two components to the desired presentation with each component being about 15 seconds for a total video that would be 30 seconds in length with sound affects. We are desiring to have the sound of gears working together, or some other noise that resembles a coming together.
