**ONLY ACCEPTING PERSONALIZED INTRODUCTION PROPOSALS** To whom it may concern: I'm a web designer and I have a client that is looking for an animated video similar to this one on the homepage header of their website (just a black and white map of the US, with windows with videos inside): [login to view URL] This would be the easier part of this project, the harder part (to my understanding) is creating an animated bear and bull that travel from New York to Texas hitting several states along the way. The bear and bull would have to be line art drawing similar to this one: [login to view URL] My client is in the financial services industry and is trying to show that in a bear or bull market, they are able to succeed. The bear and bull would wrestle as they travel down from New York with the bull ultimately winning. They want the video to look slightly vintage and professional without the bull or bear to look too much like a cartoon. For the sake of attention span they're thinking that the video should be maximum 15 seconds. I need a rough estimate of what this would cost along with your portfolio.
