The two persons working on this project will be Simon (myself) & Ronnie We need a 4 No. 3D visual image created of this office area fitout. i have attached the following images: - Images of the existing offices & boardroom - images of the furniture and finishes to be used - Also included is floor plan CAD drawings The 4 images that are required are: 1. Open plan office showing desking and seating. Standard suspended ceiling, 600 x 600 recessed LED light fittings. 2. Coffee Dock Area. Worktop on 2 sides with Coffee Machine and 1 under worktop storage unit. Glazed screen to front with branding on it. 4 No. high stools at worktop level. 3. Managerial Offices. Floor to ceiling glazed partitioning with glass doors to front. dividing walls standard stud and plasterboard. 4. Boardroom. 7.2m x 1.2m barrel shaped boardroom table in Walnut veneer. Ceiling to have dropped feature around all 4 walls, coming in about 300mm and lighting in the void. Centre of ceiling to be plasterboard with circular compact flourescent light fittings. Flooring to be walnut strip vinyl laid in boardwalk style. This needs to be printed on A2 so should be high quality 300dpi. Please supply low res version also for emailing. This particular job is urgent and we require the final visuals within in 24 hours, including time for amends (if needed). I would also like to point out that this is the start of many.
