I am in charge of an organization focused to train people in different art disciplines. This time we are working to develop an Animation 2d-3d training material. Currently we have an initial study program spread in an objectives level. The project consist in develop the tutorial material that include a video and a two manuals per objective. Videos must last an average of 10 minutes in mp4 format. Manuals are a detailed extract of the video content. These manuals are in pdf/jpg format The full project consist in develop around 300 objectives. Quotation must be presented per objective considering that full project got a maximum of 300. If videos are developed in English, then must be subtitled in Spanish and vice versa. Manuals must be in English and Spanish.
