Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer, specialized in the industrial robotics, 3D modeler and designer. I have over 15 years work experience, designing, prototyping and launching different devices/systems across multiple industries. I could help with your project, but I really need more details/info about. From what I seen on your picture you used in a wrong way those 8 screws - in order to properly align the shaft/spindle you need a central pivot (imagine a cardanic joint) which to keep the center in the same position all the time and which to allows one end (and consequently the other one too) to be positioned with the help of a precision screw. In the first place will be useful to know what this device is (if not confidential) maybe I could come up with a better idea. Second, will be also useful the assembly as stp/iges file, even if is not quite relevant (accordingly with your pic I could re-crate the model). One more important thing to keep in mind is the working condition for spindle (rpm, and vibrations) - depending the working condition, the screws may get lose and the assembly step out the adjustment.
