Outsourcing Offshore Report

I require someone to write me an article on successful outsourcing. This is my first outsourcing experience, and I am trying to get a feel for how this process works. In addition to this i require a fact finding report into IT software development Outsourcing Offshore, especially in the respect of a British Clinical Research Organisation. The company I work for also has links in Ahmedabad in India, and I would like information on suppliers from this region, including ? Contact details ? Experience ? Skill levels ? Types of companies previously worked for ? Any other details I would require when considering to chose a company to work with. Also I would like to know all the advantages and disadvantages for outsourcing and the aspects which must be considered. This article must provided me with all the relevant details to give me a grasp of the processes involved in outsourcing an IT software project and give me a better understanding of how I should successfully manage it. It must also be presented as a managerial level report. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
