岗位职责 Responsibilities: 1. 主要面向俄语地区的客服工作 包括：客诉处理，数据监控 Customer service mainly for Russian-speaking regions, Including: customer complaint processing, data monitoring; 2. 负责部分运营配合工作 包括：翻译对接，事故协助问题处理，玩家社区维护，用户信息管理，游戏商店评论管理、用户调研和分析 Part of operation work, including translation, problem solving assistance, player community maintenance, user information management, game store comment management, user research and analysis; 3. 负责在线工具的内容管理工作 包括：熟练运用Aihelp/HelpShift客服工具的后台、撰写FAQ及自动问答信息 Content management of online tools, including familiar with utilize Aihelp/HelpShift customer service tool, writing FAQ and automatic question and answer information 任职要求Requirements: 1：俄语 母语 /工作语言 英语或中文 流利 Native level of Russian, fluent with Chinese/English 2：对互联网和网络游戏有较为清晰的认知，平常常玩。 Sense of internet and game, fan of game 3：性格耐心 能处理玩家客诉中的纠纷及问题 情绪管理水平较高 High level of emotion management, could solve the customer complaint and problems during game. 4：能适应日常班工作制度，工作地点为俄语国家当地 Home based in any Russian-speaking region, but working with full time schedule.
