Simple prototype of one game screen edit (Paint)

I am looking for a game interface designer to edit a simple prototype (drawn in paint) of the main (lobby) screen of a game. I'd like you to reconstruct it / change on based your creativity and expertise on how you feel it'd be best for appealing look and user experience. Currently, it just looks jam packed and certain things seems to be taking too much space. This is a simple task but just requires ideas and creativity.
