Gif Creator, read carefully

Note: you will have to look at adult content in order to complete this job. I´m looking for an assistant who will be in charge of creating gifs. A person with Photoshop talent is required, or other major software, in order to make creative and compelling gifs. I will give suggestions about what scenes to grab. I will also indicate which videos to work with. I´m looking to make 300 gifs of high quality. You will get access to the videos when your bid is accepted. Timeframe is max 15 days. You Must use creativity and not just submit nonsense. Experience in gifs in tumblr or anywhere else is appreciated. Videos are HD. You will need to download the video/s to your pc in order to create the gifs, but you can erase them as soon as you finish with them. I just want the gifs. Important: gifs must be in color and have the best quality possible, yet be able to load on tumblr´s post queue, so followers can see the video and decide if they wish to reblog. You must guarantee that. And I assume you understand that requirement.
