Film meetings in Tokyo

The director of an International Musical festival in Brussels (Belgium) is visiting Tokyo to meet with some artists. There will be 2 or 3 meetings. I'm looking for a good cameraman who can: - Film the two meetings (end of October, Shinjuku district) - Make sure the audio is also captured for the two persons in decent quality (so not too much background noise). The meetings will take place in a public space (park or bar) - Also film the festival director walking in the street and other footage which clearly show that he is visiting Japan. Also some footage that of Tokyo without the director in it. You don't need to do any editing. Just send us the raw footage with [login to view URL] or dropbox and we'll do the rest. So only filming the meetings and some good footage of the town, wich we can use for the montage.
