Interact (with contextual detail) with commenters (make at least 50 100-word min comments/replies per day to commenters).
Escalate questionable comments/messages to supervisor.
Respond to incoming messages with canned responses.
Delete offensive comments, rude comments, in appropriate comments, phishing attempts, etc.
Ban users who make offensive comments.
