Bug fix of a program

Hello Guys, I have a small program developed in vb.net which was developed by someone, not so long ago. I need some things to be fixed in the application. The program is a code editor. It supports intellisese, syntax highlight, parameter info and code formatting. The program works ok but there are a few bugs which needs to be fixed. For example, there is a lot of flicker when text is typed or intellisense module isn't working properly. Basically I call the intellisense function and pass the content I need to show. Similar is for other items like parameter info etc. The program is not big and If someone can fix the bugs it would do the job. Basic task would be to fix bugs. Minor enhancements maybe needed at the most. If someone is willing to do it, please reply and hopefully we can move ahead. Because of the nature of this work, please bid low.
