94017 Outlook Style Reminders

The project should create outlook style popup reminders (also similar to msn messenger) that display a message in the bottom right corner of the screen at set dates/times. The message should be able to be customised but as a guide should contain a title and description. The text should also be able to be set as a clickable link to a url. This project is to integrate with an existing development so values can be hard coded to dictate the popups. Popup information should include a date/time to appear. The application should also sit in the system tray and not the task bar.
