Max Price for this Project: 65$ USD (i will not entertain other offers) I have a ton of txt files that need to be opened via the program and entered into a SQL db. I also need reporting features. Sample Text File: Username Received Started Completed Number Urgent pvphero 07:00 07:14 07:14 123456 Yes After these columns and tables are created and entered into the SQL db, I then need to be able to run reports either by user, by date, by urgent. I also need to show the average turnaround time, in minutes on all of these reports. I would also like a global turnaround time option for a given date range. (all of the text files have the date in them, if this can be extracted.)
