Wanted database programmer

Wanted database programmer. Essential skills: Microsoft Access 2000+ database, must be advanced and have strong working knowledge. Particularly subforms, and using VBA to programme the access front end. VBA - must have advanced knowledge. Desirable (non essential skills): Visual basic Excel / VBA. It IS essential that you have previous demonstrated high rating and success at RAC. Please save your time by not posting if you dont. I've tried people who dont have much ratings before and it is does not always work out. So I will be chosing the person/company who has a great rating here. Pay will be between US$20 and US$30 /hr dependant upon experience and ability. Note as I am australian, if the US dollar keeps declining it will make my dollar stronger therefore we can renegotiate a better pay for you if that does occur. The first task will require working on an Access database that uses forms and subforms to handle a student database. The subforms are using linked fields to the parent forms so you must be able to have confidence in handling that aspect. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. The amount of work required, as a guess will be about 5-10hrs a week to start with. This will be ad hoc, so some weeks there may be a lot of work and other weeks not as much. Basically I would like to find a coder that I can work well with, and provide jobs to throughout the coming years. So I would prefer someone who can be available from time to time to do work and hopefuly someone that will carry on this working relationship for years into the future.
