Re-Design and backend for 6 websites, plus 50 others

Hi, I have 4 websites, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], (same design).. dubaimortgages.com. I need them to be redesigned (logos to stay the same), but not too much as the existing sites are mainly OK, ([login to view URL], dubaimortgages.com. can be the same style as [login to view URL]), stjamestrust is 99% Ok, but DF needs redoing..7 A simple and good cms tool added on,(with a word doc type of interface) i have my own server, (cpanel), i need a tool that allows me to collect new users and send out weekly newsletters... I need some banners designing, and advice on google ppc, web marketing etc... I will provide all the content, Also I have about 50 high value domain names,(some adult names, so please only reply if you are cool on adult work!).... that I need a same style landing page, and google adsence inserting relevant to domain name, again I need a similar job done, where I can manage the sites and add new domains onto them as and when I register new names... This is not a huge job, as I am not asking for huge programming and alot of the main design is done, but the successful winner, will get alot of work on a monthly basis... I need someone who can give me suggestions and help in marketing my high value names... I need all the names and designs done to be submitted to the main engines (several already are) I will pay bonuses over and above what is agreed for this contribution... for example I own [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], and hkworldtrade.com....so I need a simple site building, with adsense listings on it, so i can get revenue, then I intend to sell the site to a real estate agent in hong kong and singapore... the main priority is getting someone i can work daily with, as we build these, you must be able to offer support and guarantees on service and time-keeping... ( ie telling me what days and hours you work etc, and keep to strict deadlines) I will pay weekly, via gaf, or other mutally agreed means... as I foresee ongoing work.. My dream is to find a pro-active "webbie" who i can work long time with, who can see my names, as a way to make and share money together (I promise the names are awesome, and are mine and not hijacked!! or illegal) Please reply, you must have excellent references, I am looking to start this asap thanks Nick
