eflyer in html with format on pdf

I want to send an e mail shot, I have the wording, and need it put to HTML email format please, with you sourcing a picture that depicts someone at work that is lazy, can't be bothered, maybe feet up on the desk with piles of paperwork left undone. Must communicate quickly and respond to emails. A job well done will get at least 10 more of these in the next 6 months. email will have links to web and i will provide a script to play an audio.
