graphic revision and psd to html and css work

Hi, I'm working on putting together a new website this week based off a wordpress pinterest style theme. It is still a work in progress, but I'm trying to make it awesome!. You can see the progress here: [login to view URL] I have an old PSD file of what we were going to do with this site in the past, but eventually chose not to go in that direction. However, I need to pull a few graphic elements out of this design and incorporate them into my pinterest style theme. It is attached. So here is what I need done... #1. I love the exact red color of the logo, and the background hearts and sun rays behind the logo in the the PSD file. Therefore I need you to pull this logo out of the PSD file and make it so it will work in my current theme. The current theme has a slightly pink background at the top. I want to stay with this pink background, therefore you will need to adjust the hearts and sunbeam background to look good on this new pink color. You may have to make the pink slightly pinker. Yet, I don't want a bright pink website, so if the rays and hearts are a little more faint that is fine. The top needs to look cool, fresh and classy, and not some crazy hot pink tacky website. In addition, in order for the background hearts/sun beams to look good on the new website in relation to the banner next to it, the logo area may need to be increased in size so it looks as cool as it does on the original PSD. Yet, I would prefer it if the logo was closer to the size already in the current theme versus how big it is in the PSD file. Therefore, we may have to do some back and forth trial and error to make it look great. #2. At the top right of the body of the PSD file is a section titled "I Love Free Stuff Newsletter". I need this section pulled out and broken into html/css so that I can put within my theme on a subpage within right column primary side widget area. As shown here: [login to view URL] Keep the same dimensions for this element as that they are in the PSD file. I will make the right column in the theme wider. #3. Edit the heart in the PSD file is a section titled "I Love Free Stuff Newsletter". The dotted lines in the heart in this element are not correct. They are too big and not to scale. These dotted lines need to look like the same dotted lines that are within the logo at the top. Please make this correction. I'm trying to make this website look awesome, therefore I will need pixel perfect work done. If you are up to the task, please bid. It may take us a few days of back and forth to get it just right.
