Need Website to look like Facebook

We are looking for someone to create static HTML and CSS pages based on provided mockups. Each page of the mockup needs to have a single HTML page created, with all pages using a single stylesheet. The site should be optimized for 1024x768 resolution and should be fixed-width and should be compatible and consistent with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and IE 8+ browsers The site's styling and layout is to resemble Facebook. I have included a ppt with the layout as I envision it. Please keep to that theme and general feel, but feel free to adjust colors, fonts, and placement, as you see fit. Ultimately, this doesn't need to look exactly like Facebook, but it needs to be in a place that when someone sees our site, it makes them think of Facebook. I will take quotes, and if awarded, this needs to be finished quickly. Please state how much for the entire project, and the time it will take to complete (in days). Thank you.
