[login to view URL] I would like 3 pieces of artwork generated for a website that helps people get started investing in rental real estate. The test domain for this site is www.smartapps4free.com. Designer should read the front page to understand the site's purpose and generate a replacement photo image (906 x 155 pix) for the current one of a house at the top of the main page. This selection of photo for this main image requires some artistic and marketing ingenuity because there are many different types of rental real estate. Generally these buyers will be interested in small projects (not skyscrapers, for example, and also not the mansions currently shown). So there might be a way to make an amalgamation of different property types (individual houses, generally smaller and "rent worthy" up to small apartment complexes, even vacation properties). Job bids that provide an idea for the most effective image design (or possibly submit a mockup) will be greatly favored. You could imagine this task as finding out "what image best represents the entire world of rental real estate investing." Also we will need 2 small images: 1) Generic Property Image (160x130)- For property listings where the seller has not submitted an image yet. 2) Generic Seller Image (100 x 100)- For sellers who have not submitted a logo or picture to identify themselves or their business.
