Professional Graphics designer needed

Hi i need someone who can copy design a website for me Just the graphics so I can give it to a developer. to produce. I will want you to produce the PSD files or the design I want to be clear. I will provide how the site should look. very clearly provide. with graphical images.. I need this done now as soon as possible. Please contact me and include some references to your graphics design ability. as in, send in an attachment some of your design work. I am looking for a VERY skilled person with great graphic skills and design with there own great ideas. You would need to be able to start right away . Deposit payment will be made via freelancers.
