10788 Redesign website

I am looking to have my website [login to view URL] redesigned. I like the way [login to view URL] is designed with the flash stuff. I want all of the sections currently on my current website available on the new design. I also want the main page to have more about the DVD to get people interested in purchasing it. The website doesn't have to be all flash but right now it looks more like a kids website, I am looking for more professionalism and mystery. I also want an admin section for me to log into. This section should have all of the text on all sections available for easy editing. I want the video section to have video thumbnails and when you click it opens the video on the page. I want the admin section to allow me to just upload a new video and a thumbnail and it will automatically add it to the page. Please show samples of work and if possible a mock up front page for me to see what you can do for me. A nice flash intro would also be really nice. I also like the way [login to view URL] looks. The black background and everything is very mysterious. I also want it to be easy to add more sections in the future through the admin page. I want a good nice site designed, but for it to be easy for me to customize and update without much knowledge in webdesign. Thank you
