Website for Penalty Tickets - repost due to specification changes

Website that is hosted on an IIS and is written as ASP.net HTML5 page. We provide a webservice that does database handling and the Handyparken Check as well als getting the Address via GPS Coordinates. The Website consists of a login page, a page like a Menu and 3 different (quite similar) pages for entering Ticket data. (they only differ in some details) The Website must run on Android and iOS Devices! (at least Samsung Galaxy S4, S4 Note 3, IPhone 5 and 6) It must be possible to take a photo with the mobile the site is being displayed on. The photo must be upload via a webservice call (provided by us) The photo needs tob e resized to values delivered from the Webservice via the defaultValues key value pair List – must be done by you. The Website needs to access GPS Data oft he device (if possibel) to get the GPS coordinates oft he current location (must be done by you) Rest is described in the Diagrams. In those you will find a detailed specification which fields are mandatory, what kind of checks need to be done and when to display or hide some fields, as well as how the photo attaching mechanism should work. Printing data using a stylesheet (3 different fort he 3 ticvket types). Printing hast o be done on the local mobile printer attached via Bluetooth. Before starting work we need a chat/call to determine we are having the same understanding oft he problem and the work that needed to be done Bugfixing must be provided fort he first 3 Month for free. Implementing CRs must be guranteed for at least 1 year at an defined hourly rate. All CRs need to be estimated prior starting work. Milestones that have tob e developed and will result in Payment: 1st: Login, Take Photo and resize it + upload via Webservice + access Galery for attaching photos – 30% (this must run under Android and iOS!) 2nd: completely implementing all tickets and the GPS functionallity and Printing data on the mobile blutooth printer Citizen CMP 20 – data need tob e print out using a stylesheet taht is depending on each oft he 3 ticket types. another 50% 3rd: deployment on our wqebserver + acceptance test through us – rest of payment (20%)
