Need changes to Zen Cart or upgrade to new CMS

I'm currently using the CMS Zen Cart with 2,000 products and looking for some changes or an "upgrade" to a better CMS. I have around 600 unique products copied into multiple categories with small changes which make up a total of 2,000 products. I'm looking to get changes done to Zen Cart or if needed, upgrade to a different CMS. Secure live chat. Example: when the customer spends $50 they would be able to choose 1 of 10 free gifts. Different currency based on category. Categories for European customers should be in Euros while different categories for U.S. customers should be in $. Points system. I have tried a free module which gives a % of the order back as points which the customers can purchase products with. This caused errors on the PayPal express payment system when they were trying to buy something for 0.00 Different payment options which work together without any problems, preferably allowing the customer to check out without registering (an account should be created for them with a random password and emailed to them). I currently use the PayPal express module and would like to accept other payment methods such as google checkout, paysafecard, etc Search feature. My template doesn't have any search bar and I would like to allow customers to search for products based on category. For example they make their search and then the website asks them what category to search in, or before they make the search. Checkbox option to say where they heard about us at the check out screen. Small modification to CSS to display product attributes in a different location.
