We run an osCommerce website and every day, about 50% of people who add something to their shopping cart end up not checking out. We'd like to streamline the checkout process and make it as user-friendly as possible. We are looking for someone with experience with osCommerce (PHP + MySQL) and also making payment modules for it, as well as experience in customer retention. We want our customers to be encouraged as much as possible to acutally purchase the items in their shopping cart. The shopping cart page needs to be simplified, and also the checkout needs to be streamlined. The person with the best ideas for our site and experience will be chosen as the winner.
