Database editing (fixing) mySQL for my website v2

Hello freelancers, Well I own a website for selling car parts, on there you can search products individually or you can search them by a car selector (you select your car and then see what our shop offers that fits your car). The site is a bought template and we had a person that incorporated the "Car Selector" part, but in the end we have a database problem. I have all the products stored in excel, for all the cars and all the products individually and I need them online, but the database is not configured well so I need a mySQL expert to edit, make fresh, magically fix - I don't really care what he does, but I need it to work AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The person selected MUST: - Know English fluent - Be able to Skype - Be very dedicated since this job may evolve into more projects for the chosen freelancer - NOT LEAVE US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROJECT (they guy that did the corrections last time just disappeared) I will make a full milestone payment, but I will not release it until my database is up and working. I will show you a site that it has to look like (exactly) and based on that site you'll know how to structure my database. I have all the same data as that site because we are in the same line of business. Please do not bid if you don't have positive feedback and don't pass the requirements. Please bare in mind that this project is almost done, you only need to go inside our database and FIX / EDIT / MAKE NEW lines so do not bid large.
