I require a young and enthusiastic web-developer who can take on this large project to develop a site that assists consultants to provide advice to their clients using a combination of a visual image on the screen and a VOIP audio facility. Programming skills are needed as each consultant sets their own hours, days and times, so a webcalendar system is needed. Also a feedback page for clients to leave feedback about the consultation, with the facility for the consultant to respond. A commission structure is paid in a Multi Level way for bringing other consultants to the business, and a back-office system is required so that each consultant can see how much is owing to them in both their own earnings and over-riding commissions on the work done by other consultants that have been brought to the business by them. There will be a private page for each consultant (like there is for sellers on eBay) and images on the screen will be seen by both the consultant and his or her client in a private way that is only available to those two people. This will all happen at the same time as other consultants are working with their own clients. An on-line payment system needs to be incorporated as all consultations are paid for ahead of time. The system needs to be able to detect how much time has been used during each consultation and deduct that amount from the clients account balance. This is an intricate project that once the initial site is up may need continuing development.
