Wordpress expert needed to create some page templates

We had a programmer that claimed to be a WP expert create a WP theme based on PSD's we supplied..or so we thought. He created the basic theme from supplied PSD's and then we realized his skills where not close to what he told us. (he had actually hard coded the URLS from the dev servers domain into the menu he built) ...he didn't use the WP menu at all???) Anyway hes been fired and i need a person / company that is very comfortable and more importantly up to date with WP..please dont bid if your learning WP and think we wont notice...we will. current site is hear: [login to view URL] currently the inner pages are all the same and we need 4 specific templates created. the jpgs are attached. (psds will go to winning bidder) one of the jpgs is just to show how the slideshow (featured content plugin) will look on the template pages we also need the menu fixed....the new WP 3.1 has a great new easy to use menu feature (under appearances) we need put back in, and remove the mess we have. We build a LOT of WP sites and need a good company to be able to give a loit of work to. But please be honest about your WP skills...we need good people. Cheers Garfield
