CUSTOMER SERVICE (SaaS) WEB APP WITH E-COMMERCE FRONT END JOB SPECIFICATION • Design and develop web app (explained below) • Login page required for user to access webapp • Logins and passwords autocreated when customer purchases access to webapp • Basically, like shopify website front end selling SaaS. When SaaS is sold, then logins etc sent automatically to customer. Also, user login credentials created automatically after this, via automated emails. • Area in backend to manage subscribers/customers, like, customer status (active/inactive), membership type (basic/medium/pro), number of active users, payment tracking etc. Normal things for SaaS customer management. • Coding to be done in a modular way with proper notes left inside code. By modular, I mean for each feature, to create an independent module of code so that if there are bugs, it is easy to identify and also replace the code.
