Convert a Template to a Website

I'm signing up to a portfolio website called [login to view URL] and I'd like to make some customization to their theme. The theme I want to use is called Order (preset C), if you go on their website you'll see a sample. Some of the things I ask here are not featured in the sample, I saw them after I signed up for the trial. Maybe you can sign up for a 14-day trial to see what I'm referring to. I'll specify what's in the sample and what's not. 1. When clicking on a gallery image, I want the enlarged image to look the same way as when it is enlarged in a blog post. (not in sample) 2. Create a small icon button to appear at the bottom left corner of the image. This icon, once clicked on would show the caption. I want this throughout all images on the website. If possible, I don't want this icon to appear on mobile. (not in sample) 3. Listing page to look exactly like a gallery page. A listing page shows different galleries, so when hovering over each image on listing page I would like the name of the gallery to appear. (in sample) 4. I want blog posts to have the same layout as their photo essay templates. You can find their photo essay templates once you login \ create new \ custom page. (not in sample) 5. Currently all blog posts will just be shown in full scroll-down layout. I'd like there to be a page where they are all collapsed with only a title and featured image per post so that users can click and read the posts individually. So there it is. Format has a built-in editor for HTML, CSS, and Javascript and claim to be customizable from top to bottom so I'm hoping this is not too hard. Most of what I'm asking is already in their template somewhere, it just kind of needs to be redirected and of course tested to see if it works on both monitor and smartphones. I've labeled it "simple project" but I will look at all price offerings since I trust you all know better than me what is fair and the time+labor this will take. I'm not a professional in the field, this is just my hobby on the side, but I'm picky about little things. Thanks in advance!
