Need Amazing Flash Adult Site, large size

I need a new website built. This needs to be a beautiful state of the art site with streaming video on the front and the whole nine yards. THIS IS AN ADULT SITE! Please be over the age of 18 and comfortable with nudity not porn. This site is going to a rather large site and I need it to function flawlessly, be extremely easy to navigate and very user friendly. I would like to use voice bits (which I can have recorded and put into any format you like) on the home page as you enter the site and little extras here and there. This site must have an exclusive design. I have decoration photos chosen to use for each page (I would like different shots on most pages), all text is written and all design photos have been created, and can be made to any size needed to be included in any part of the site (header, etc). I need someone who can optimize this site to be well read by search engines and pick up many of the key words we use to decorate. Thanks! 1 multiple entrance pages- 5 different web addresses that have entrance pages to my site, all linking to the home page, each with streaming PG-13 videos and flashing PG-13 pics. 2 home page- one home page for public and members, should have streaming video and flashing photos on it, some links are login req. but not most 3 galleries home page- choose from 3 styles of photos being offered on the site 4 one style of gallery- Will have about 200 galleries archived. Would like a lot of large thumbs, one for each gallery, small tinted pop up window pops up for each when scrolled over whit gallery info. 5 second style- will be the same set up but with about 4 or 5 galleries to begin (new style for us) 6 third style Will be the same as above and will also have very few galleries to begin with. For each gallery style gallery is large sized, should be able to be viewed online or downloaded as a zip file. 7 videos home page- 8/9 two video style choices, (ex. amateur and glamour) each with their own list of videos in the same format as the gallery pages with the pop up description windows. Videos should each be available in multi formats and the better quality zip file. 10 calendar page- photos/videos (all updates for this month and next, last month too), a calendar full of photos and text filling up the dates with all of the updates 11 bus. philosophy- a very simple text page I have written, includes one photo 12 bio- lots of pre written text a few photos 13 photo journal- simple list of photos in large thumbnails in rows. Can be also viewed screen size with arrows to go forward, back and back to the list. 14 modeling portfolio- same as above 15 auction page- I have pre made links and photos. This will be an ever changing list with photos on the left, the title, description and link to the right of each. 16 HC store- my website store, includes the pay per view section as well for photos and videos on demand. About 30/40 different things for sale that will need to be set up through a shopping cart. pay per view section, videos or photos, simple pages, white backgrounds 17 diary- I will need to be able to update this myself with text entries. 18 wallpapers- Multiple different wallpapers available for download either individually or all to once in a zip. 19 links- general links page for affiliates 20 trade links/afflilates- Geared toward webmasters, offering my banners and advertisements, links to signing up for my affiliate program. 21 contact page- A text page with a pic or two that just lists different e-mails and addresses for the site management. 22 message board- Pre made message board to be put into the site. 23 join- The join page lists what members receive and the different billing options, links to calendar, bus. Philosophy, etc. 24 webcam chatroom- Chat room should be set up for weekly chat sessions. I would like to discuss the added costs involved in having a 24 hour active chatroom where once a week I can turn on my webcam, have that come up and be able to chat for an hour. I will discuss with the person, once selected, all of the other neccesary information such as which pages are to be members only, etc. The design for the site needs to be easy and very quick to access. I am not willing to have ANY loading/waiting time for the front of the site. The galleries will need to be made into zip files. All of the videos are ready to go and in all of the different formats already. Almost every gallery is already on my existing site or the other so those are web ready. All videos are already in proper format. I have an excellent video editor that can do almost anything to get them ready for us.
