5 page website

I need a 5 page website, the site need to be done using dreamweaver templates, the site is going to sell hunting knives and pocket knives, the web designer can use some freedom to choose a design on the web to clone, or one that they have already done, but I would like to see approve first, the designer must not break any copyright rules or laws [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Site needs to rely heavily on CSS for style changes, although the top header and sidebar can use images and graphics if needed. (this needs to customisable)
