website updates (adding functions)

I am looking for some one to add the following functions too my site:- * premium ads to show up at the top of searches in the relevant category (max 5 rolling/changing) * premium ads rolling banner at the top of each relevant category * distance from me search filter (i.e on entering post code) * premium ads payment option 7 days, 14 days, 1 month adjustable by me in cms panel premium ads already show up on front page until 10 more have been placed which i want this to remain examples of these can be found at [login to view URL] or gumtree my site is [login to view URL] only bid if you have experience in this work i am looking for some one very confidant as i do not wish my website to be damaged in any way as it is already live. thankyou
