My client wants to have the attached Google Earth file available in an online mapping tool and have users able to toggle on and off layers. The format needs to be similar to the pdf file showing the map payout, text boxes. My preference is for the free version of Mapbox Studio to be the platform used. See the attached Google Earth source file and proposed map lay our format

Hi, does you client need mapping tool for smarthpone or PC? Do you need something that tracks GPS position or add bookmarks? In this case you could use PDFmaps app, a static map viewer that works offline.
