Create VPN connection to an indian server from Server 2008

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a VPN connection to an Indian server from our Server 2008. We prefer to use OpenVPN as our VPN protocol. The server setup is already done, so we don't need assistance with that. We don't need ongoing support after the VPN connection is established.
