Need to solve a windows printing issue which is probably connected with users, temp folders, permissions etc. using a HP WiFi Desktop printer. It will not allow printing from MS applications such as office, excel etc. but from PDF for example it is fine. Tried changing Temp folder to another location, tried re-installing drivers, change permissions etc. no luck. Dont want to setup system again. Can work via teamviewer to fix this problem. Printer is a HP M277dw . This issue probably has something to do with Windows Permissions and Users is my guess.

I have 6 years experience managing printers for Xerox and the BBC. I am fully confident I can resolve this issue. I will need to perform due diligence to identify the problem. if you can recreate the issue over TeamViewer It should be a quick fix.
