Online backup service

This is a copy of old bid request. I am not original sender but this was so close to mine that i borrow this. Online backup system where people easy can backup their computer to our server. Further description in enclosed document. Open to suggestions. Changes is that it must be cheaper and we do not need to backup oracle and so on. There could be option in future that it could backup SQL, Exchange and AD. we do not need to backup Mac or linux. Just Win95 --> WinXPsp2 (Vista?) There should be request for billing, because here in Finland we use it much more than credit cards. We need English and Finnish versions. we deliver finnish material of course and also our logos and outfit. There should be agent program on users machine which keep eye on changing objects. We do not have server side at all yet, so I am open to suggestions. Project will change when all ideas (you are THE expert)have been notified, but it will get smaller than original work.
