We have work on wired and wireless CCTV , analog as well IP cameras including cellular , with motion detection, cloud storage, can view coverage area during planning and design (that could take some extra time). Since I don’t have any details on the area being secured and hence the size of the network and equipments is unknown, the pricing and required time may differ. It could be a big shopping mall or office/hotel building with CCTV and video conferencing. The choice of camera indicates it’s a good client. It would also need power backup systems, in a sense it’s a complete solution and more details are required on installation part as it could be way expensive for larger area even when all equipment is on client. More details on project could take us on realistic price and time since the scope is not well defined as of now. The scope in job listing is not well aligned with the attached png work. If we go by the project scope in your job listing , it is feasible with in time but if the attached png is also included in scope, it gets way bigger in terms of money and time.
