Macro for Word

I need a macro for Word. This is the scenario: 1. We we use Zoho CRM, which has an Office add-in to merge data. In other words, this add-in retrieves data from the Zoho CRM and merges it on a Word document, using the normal Merge Fields. 2. Now, let's say that one of the fields in the CRM contains the products that the client said she likes: Shoes, Hat, Sunglasses. We can very easily merge this on a Word doc, although they are serialised such as "Shoes, Hat, Sunglasses" (all in one text string) 3. We need to be able to show / hide content on a Word document, based on this data. For example: ----------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Jane, <IF my-data CONTAINS "SHOES"> We know you will love our range of shoes. </IF> <IF my-data CONTAINS "HATS"> And we also recommend our hats this summer. </IF> Thanks ----------------------------------------------------------------- We can already do this with very basic Formula Fields, except they only allow the "=" (equals) operator and not something like "contains" The idea then is if you can write a macro that does, for example: ' Set visualization to invisible. [login to view URL] = wdContentControlHidden ... based on the condition that a certain text string contains certain words, that's all we need.
