Content Marketing Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to tackle a little bit of everything - from social media management and publishing blog posts in WordPress, to creating metrics reports and designing blog post graphics. Your strong organizational skills will help us provide high-quality content to successful business owners and thought leaders. The perfect candidate is an excellent communicator who loves learning new things and tackling whatever is thrown at them. What you’ll be doing: - Upload and format blog posts in WordPress - General research - Data-entry tasks - Assist our team with project management and content development tasks, as needed. Qualifications: - Excellent English speaking and writing - Detail-oriented (we can’t stress this enough!) - Highly organized - Interested in all things content marketing - Proactive/driven/self-starter - if you see something needs to be done, you go for it. - Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Experienced with following and creating processes - An amazing communicator (verbal & written) with a positive attitude! - Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, & Drive - Able to work alone and as part of a team; this is a remote position with regular team communication via phone, video conference, and online messaging. - Available for small projects to start.
