Custom Plugin to intergrate multi woocommerce sotres

We have 15 seperate WooCommerce sites and we created a new site to display the products from all the 15 sites (multi brand site), so the main site to display products from child sites and orders after being paid to be showing on child sites. What i am looking for is a custom plugin that do the following Product Sync (Child to Main): 1- Any New/Old product created on child site to be showing on the main site 2- The product stock/status from child to be live synced with Main Site 3- If child site is having a tax, the product price to be showing as (product + tax) without mentioning the tax as we are not yet tax eligible) Orders Sync (Main to Child): 1- If order placed/paid on main site contains products from one child, the plugin to create an discounted order (with discount) on related child only with status processing. 2- If order placed/paid on main site contains products from different child, the plugin to create multiple order on each child (each child to see the order of their product only). 3- No WooCommerce confirmation emails should go from child to customer if the order is placed on main site (even if the status changed by them from processing to completed) 4- Shipping cost on main site to consider how many child sites (fixed price per child) or u can recommend a better approach. Plugin Sittings (Main): 1- Sync (per child) in case of missing orders/products 2- Show/Hide products (per child) / default is hide 3- Default products Category/Tag (per child) 4- Discount percentage (per child) Plugin Sittings (Child): 1- Connect with main Site 2- Sync with main site in case of missing orders/products
