Need customization of new wordpress project with matching domain logo

Hi, we need customization of new wordpress blog site and good matching logo based on domain of site. Site do not have any live blog and will have nature based content in future like articles on wildlife, plants, reptiles, mountains, etc. Site should be customized so we can easily add blog whenever we want. This is non profit based blog, so do not accept any payments or donations. One can add pictures based on nature creatures only based on theme
