Responsive design landing pages - open to bidding

Hi, my name is Cheryl Paulsen. I'm a friend of Jim Alvino's and he he speaks highly of your work. I have 3 clients that I need a responsive design word press landing page for. The landing page will have a logo and headline at the top, a you tube video on the left with an opt in form connected to Constant Contact on the right. I will need the graphics done for an ebook cover for the opt in box. I will provide all the copy for the verbiage below the video and opt in box. I need to have a thank you page for each as well for after they opt in. I uploaded an example, I don't need all the tabs, but I do want a second page available for their blog/news. Could you give me an estimate for each of these 3 sites? Also, I have a client that has a word press site that needs an opt in box added. Is this something you can do for me as well?
