Wordpress autopost

Hi, I have a small project. I use a scraper to gather data from several websites. I want to have use the export of this data to have it become post automatically. There will be thousands of rows of data every day so it must be automatic once the data comes to the WP server. This is how you get the data: 1) scraper runs and creates a xml or CSV file on the sites Plus an image for each row or data 2) Note : a post will be in one line of data plus the image our side: (Karrma site) 1) the .jpg will become the image of a post 2) the data in the csv will be the text of the post 3) these items need to post automatically each day
